Train like Rocky!

Bringing the movies to life children will be able to train like a boxer in order to see what is involved to be at the top of your game in this sport. Based on a circuit training format participants will work their way around boxing bags, skipping ropes, target balls, punch pads and various other exercises to get a sweat going.

This energetic workout will allow for speed and strength to be tested as well as stamina and while a testing experience, is full of fun as well.
